• Full Adjustment Range: The backrest adjusts from -10° to 90° and the seat from 0° to 20° for flat, incline, decline and upright pressing.

Extension Adjustment

• Decline Options: Set -10° or -5° for decline presses, sit-ups and crunches.
• Flat & Low Incline: Use 0° for flat pressing, or 5° for a slight incline.
