The original ALFA features multi-directional front pulley sliders with 22 height adjustments and 7 horizontal positions. The new ALFA 3x3 goes a step further with a dedicated high cable pulley and an adjustable low cable pulley system. This upgraded design makes it easier to switch between exercises, supports more training movements, and delivers a smoother cable workout experience.
