The products and prices we offer are valid for as long as they are visible on the Website, other than for special offers. The Customer is urged to check the availability of the articles sold on the information page for each product. If an item is ordered that is determined to be unavailable, urbanfitnesscart.com reserves the right to cancel the order, provided that it gives the Customer notice.
If one of the products ordered is unavailable, urbanfitnesscart.com will inform the Customer that the unavailable item cannot be shipped. The rest of the order will be processed and shipped to the Customer under his confirmation within the time stated in the email providing information about tracking the order.

PRICING
UrbanFitnessCart 'Normal Price' is usually the Manufacturer's or Supplier's Recommended Retail Price and may include carriage where applicable. On imported and 'Own Branded' products, our 'Normal Price' is based on equivalent products in the market and can be quantified on request.
DELIVERY
The delivery times shown on the Website are counted from the date on which the payment is confirmed if the payment is by card, and from confirmation e-mail if the payment is cash on delivery.
Delays in delivery times may be caused by local holidays, sales periods, and weekends or any other events out of Urbanfitnesscart.com’s control.
Please note that large items will be delivered separately. The item vendor will contact you to confirm the delivery time and installation. Normal items purchased along with the large items will be delivered separately at the standard delivery time.

The warranty includes free maintenance/service cost that covers the labor cost as well. In case of any damage, the equipment should be returned to us 14 days from the date of purchase. No replacements shall be effected after the 14-day period and under cases where the equipment can be repaired.
This warranty does not apply to any problem caused by negligence, deterioration, or inappropriate use of the product by the Customer. For all types of defects, please contact customer service through either the contact us link on the Website or by sending an e-mail.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
In the event where your order cannot be fulfilled within the scheduled time because an item is out of stock, an email will be sent to you informing you of order cancellation. If only one of the items in your order is out of stock, we will contact you and check whether you would like to proceed with the remaining items or not.
DATA PROTECTION
All customer information will be treated under the terms of the Data Protection Act. We will not pass on your details to other companies. We may identify and inform you of other products and services offered by UrbanFitnessCart which would be of interest to you. You must tell us if you do not wish us to do so.
We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties.
PRICE MATCH GUARANTEE TERMS
Our Price Match Guarantee applies exclusively to the standard, publicly listed webpage prices of identical, in-stock items sold by authorized UAE retailers. This policy explicitly excludes price matching against individual promotional codes, checkout coupons, clearance events, or personalized discounts.
Please note that all qualifying purchases made directly through Urban Fitness Cart continue to include our standard full warranty support and complimentary installation services.

UrbanFitnessCart takes all of our customers seriously and we try to offer them the best possible service available, however, if you feel you have something to complain about please contact us.

Unless specifically stated, weights, bars and other accessories shown on photographs are not included.

We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.
All orders made by you through the Website are subject to acceptance by us. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason and providing no payment has been taken nor any explicit acceptance of your order has been accepted, we will not be liable to you or to anyone else in those circumstances.
After submitting an order to us we will send you an order acknowledgement email with your order number and details of the goods that you have ordered. Please note this email is an acknowledgement and is not an acceptance of your order.
For certain goods, information concerning stock availability is not available on the Website. If you order goods that are not available from stock, we will contact you by email or phone and you will have the option to wait until the goods are available from stock, or cancel your order in accordance with our cancellation and returns policy.
