We deliver across the United Arab Emirates, including Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, and all other Emirates. Delivery timelines are typically 3-5 business days; however, these are estimates provided in good faith, not guaranteed deadlines, and may occasionally be delayed due to demand or logistical factors. Urban Fitness Cart is not liable for delays caused by customs, severe weather, logistical disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Free delivery on orders exceeding AED 100. Orders below this threshold are subject to a standard delivery charge of AED 25. A 1-hour express delivery option is available for an additional AED 25.
For deliveries outside the UAE, shipping charges are calculated based on the cart's total value or shipment volume (CBM) and will be shown at checkout.
Deliveries to remote areas, or to locations with restricted access (e.g., buildings without service elevators, upper floors requiring additional labor), may involve longer transit times and additional shipping and/or installation charges, calculated based on the specific delivery requirements.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is accessible and that the provided dimensions of the equipment will fit through all doorways, hallways, and stairwells. Failed deliveries due to space constraints or customer unavailability will result in a restocking fee or secondary delivery charge.
Free installation is provided for applicable fitness equipment exceeding AED 100 and covers the assembly of the equipment at the designated ground-floor location.
The customer must ensure the area is cleared and leveled prior to the team's arrival.
As standard practice, Urban Fitness Cart technicians will not perform any structural modifications to the customer's property, including drilling or wall-mounting brackets, pull-up bars, or hooks. In exceptional cases where the customer specifically requests drilling or wall-mounting and Urban Fitness Cart agrees to provide it, this service is carried out entirely at the customer's own risk, and full responsibility for any resulting damage to walls, structures, or property rests solely with the customer. Urban Fitness Cart assumes no liability for damage to flooring, walls, or property arising from the standard assembly process or from any such exceptional drilling/wall-mounting service.
Upon completion of installation, the customer or an authorized representative will be required to sign a completion form. This signature constitutes formal acceptance that the equipment has been delivered and assembled in good, working, and undamaged condition.
We accept return requests within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, strictly subject to the following non-negotiable conditions:
The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping and handling costs. Original shipping, standard delivery charges, and installation charges are strictly non-refundable.
Urban Fitness Cart reserves the sole and absolute discretion to determine whether a returned item meets our condition requirements. If an item is rejected, it will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.
Padel Rackets: Rackets must be in absolute mint, factory-new condition. The manufacturer's clear plastic handle seal and ring tags must be 100% intact and untampered. If our inspection team detects microscopic wear, ball fuzz, grip alterations, or removed tags, the return will be rejected.
Gym Machines & Heavy Equipment: Once heavy equipment has been unboxed and installed at the customer's premises, it is strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances. Any requests regarding installed equipment will be processed exclusively under the Manufacturer's Warranty.
General Accessories: Dumbbells, mats, and attachments must be returned unopened, unworn, and in their original, undamaged retail packaging.
If a product is delivered with a verified out-of-the-box manufacturing defect, the customer must notify Urban Fitness Cart in writing (with photographic evidence) within 24 hours of delivery.
Installed equipment is covered by the respective manufacturer's warranty. In the event of a mechanical failure, Urban Fitness Cart will facilitate repair or replacement of the defective part(s) free of charge in accordance with the warranty terms. This does not entitle the customer to a full refund or a complete machine replacement.
The use of fitness equipment carries inherent risks. Urban Fitness Cart shall not be held liable for any personal injury, property damage, or loss sustained through the use, misuse, or improper maintenance of the equipment purchased.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after the item has passed our facility inspection. Processing times may vary depending on the customer's financial institution.
